A leading commercial real estate business seeks a Full-time Commercial Lease Administrator to join their team in the Midtown Atlanta office of Selig Enterprises. Responsibilities would include accurately administrating lease documents and abstracting key lease points, billing, accounts receivable, and general ledger analysis. An excellent candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with accounts receivable, and real estate or lease experience.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Review, abstract and input lease information into MRI database
  • Proof abstraction reports
  • Record and verify sales reports and rent calculations
  • Provide property expense information and review square footage data
  • Review tenant accounts for accuracy, including applying rental payments
  • Resolve account billing and dispute questions
  • Create aging reports to assist in the collection of rent
  • Handle computation of rental increases, property tax, insurance, utilities
  • Analyze general ledger
  • Review and approve invoices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or experience with commercial leasing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to administer complex lease documents
  • Attention to detail
  • Tech savvy, with proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with MRI or other real estate management software a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Salary: $60k/year plus benefits
