We have an excellent new flexible opportunity to work for a warm, friendly, family-owned business in Marietta, GA. The main office for a group of franchises in the food services industry seeks a permanent Part-time Payroll Administrator to process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees in multiple locations. The position will be worked 15-20 hours/week on a schedule that can be flexible within regular business hours.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Payroll processing via ADP
  • Input of new hire/termination info into ADP system
  • Preparation of ACA monthly compliance reports
  • Garnishment/Child support paperwork
  • 1094/1095 Reports
  • Year-end W-2 preparation
  • Benefits enrollment and compliance reports
  • Employment and salary verifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years payroll experience using a 3rd party provider
  • Familiarity with ADP is a plus
  • Prior experience doing payroll for 100 or more employees
  • Hands on experience with payroll reporting and compliance documents

Pay rate: $25/hour
