A law firm in the Sandy Springs area is looking for a Full-time Business Development Coordinator to join their team. If you love connecting with people and introducing professional services to other businesses, this could be a perfect fit for you. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Coordinator is to assist the firm in acquiring new clients and referral sources as well as nurture relationships with existing ones. This coordinator will use digital tools, such as LinkedIn and industry-specific databases, to uncover opportunities and build relationships to develop leads. The Business Development Coordinator will report to the Firm Manager.

This job will be approximately 80% lead generation and 20% event planning and coordination. This is a small, professional, friendly team with a quiet work atmosphere.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reaching out to prospects to make connections on LinkedIn
  • Sending template email correspondence and following up with phone calls
  • Entering leads into their database
  • Securing speaking engagements for the attorneys
  • Planning and coordinating lunch & learns and other events
  • Attending events with attorneys to assist with meeting prospects, handing out materials, and collecting business cards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of three years’ experience doing lead generation and business development in a professional services setting
  • Strong proficiencies using LinkedIn as a business development tool
  • Strong technology skills
  • Confident and professional oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Salary is $50,000 plus benefits.
