Wonderful opportunity available for an experienced Full-time Director of Human Resources at a growing technology company in the Cumberland/Galleria area of Atlanta! As a global leader in the photography industry, ShootProof provides a platform of services ranging from online galleries to sales and business management tools. ShootProof is looking for a Human Resources professional who can be a subject matter expert and assist with general HR projects in a high-growth environment. The Director of Human Resources will be a key member of the leadership team. This is a hands-on position, delivering both strategic direction and executing the strategy across the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead workforce recruitment, selection and orientation
  • Oversee staff training and development
  • Administer payroll
  • Ensure that pay in each department is market competitive, and aligned with business goals
  • Manage compensation processes including annual performance review and salary planning, merit
  • increase and short/long term incentive plans
  • Serve as an advisor to department heads and managers on pay decisions, job
  • evaluations/classification and provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Management of benefit vendors and renewal processes to include open enrollment.
  • Ensure company is in alignment with market on benefit offerings, and work with vendors to roll out
  • programs for employees annually
  • Management of HR projects to include FLSA compliance, talent planning, and employee relocations
  • Lead policy formation
  • Other HR responsibilities and projects as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 7 years+ of experience in an HR role, with experience in compensation and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written communications and the
  • ability to interact with people on all levels of the organization
  • Proven leadership capabilities including the ability to facilitate and lead meetings
  • Strong commitment to producing quality work and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered completely, accurately, and on time
  • Must demonstrate a strong ownership of work
  • Good team player with a strong willingness to be collaborative but can also work independently
  • Must have a good sense of urgency and time management skills
  • Proactive mind set. Able to see the big picture, question existing way of doing things, always looking to be more efficient or look for ways to improve
  • Able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and tact
  • PHR certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Knowledge of global employment laws and corresponding best practices desirable

Salary: $125k plus bonus and benefits
